Perfect part time role working 20 hours a week spread over 5 days with flexible hours. This global company is looking for an experienced individual with a sales support background and some basic accounting knowledge. You'll be assisting the business analyst with the pricing process which will involve entering data into SAP and supporting the analyst with reporting and statistics as well as the development of the pricing process. This role will be responsible for ensuring the prices are authorised and any increases are submitted in a timely manner from sales to avoid any unnecessary disruption to delivery. Whilst this role involves a lot of data entry you'll need to maintain a proactive approach to the customers' final price offering and take the initiative to review these constantly.

Brand new role managing outstanding customer requests using sophisticated real time system, working closely with the customer service manager and helpdesk team. You will be responsible for taking ownership and implementing processes to manage these requests and provide regular updates to the customer's various locations with update reports, including scheduling engineers to attend to remedial works etc. Updating and managing the yearly planners as well as updating the system will be essential as you run status reports on an ad hoc basis. Customer Support/Telesales Russian Speaking - £25k - Fleet
A pinnacle role, acting as the main point of contact from the European headquarters supporting the external sales team whilst they are busy developing the business throughout Russia. You will have a number of smaller customers that you will be personally responsible for regarding their queries and quotation requests, as well as processing all country orders received. A proactive role including some prospecting for new customers, as a part of the direct marketing campaigns and setting up appointments for the field sales team where appropriate. A varied role including following up quotations, reviewing lead times for outstanding deliveries, preparing monthly customer activity reports and sending out sample material/products will all be a part of your normal day as you provide a first class service within this competitive and industry leading business. Previous commercial experience, ideally within a sales or customer service orientated role with both fluency in English and Russian will be essential to ensure an interview.
