Exciting new opportunity working within a brand review team on behalf of a ‘household’ name. You’ll be trained on the new brand review website and your aim will be to streamline the review process saving valuable time for the brand specialists to concentrate on new projects. Ultimately this role will ensure brand consistency and integrity and offer numerous agencies and suppliers valuable, consistent brand advice through the site. An initial one year's maternity contract managing a small portfolio of major corporate customers with their on going training needs, whilst attending feedback and regular review meetings at the client's sites. Customer Coordinator - £17k - 19k - Fleet
Brand new role managing outstanding customer requests using sophisticated real time system, working closely with the customer service manager and helpdesk team. You will be responsible for taking ownership and implementing processes to manage these requests and provide regular updates to the customer's various locations with update reports, including scheduling engineers to attend to remedial works etc. Updating and managing the yearly planners as well as updating the system will be essential as you run status reports on an ad hoc basis. Previous customer services or facilities support background would be ideal, with a confident and proactive approach to work and competent working knowledge of Excel.
