A non call centre environment working within the financial services industry where you are given great autonomy to manage your own day, predominately establishing relationships with existing clients, ensuring that they are fully aware of all services and products available to them, as well as re-establishing contact with clients who they have worked with in the past, but recently lost touch. Arrears Consultant - Hartley Wintney - £21-£25k
Working as part of a small, friendly arrears team you’ll be managing customer relationships from initial identification of financial difficulty through to establishing an appropriate solution. Using your customer service skills you’ll be building and maintaining relationships with customers that will ultimately avoid the escalation of debt. An empathetic approach is essential when assessing the customers’ financial situation and you’ll work closely with both the internal teams and field teams to reach a sustainable payment solution whilst adhering to company policy and working within strict guidelines.
