Arrears Consultant - Hartley Wintney - £21-£25k
Working as part of a small, friendly arrears team you’ll be managing customer relationships from initial identification of financial difficulty through to establishing an appropriate solution. Using your customer service skills you’ll be building and maintaining relationships with customers that will ultimately avoid the escalation of debt. An empathetic approach is essential when assessing the customers’ financial situation and you’ll work closely with both the internal teams and field teams to reach a sustainable payment solution whilst adhering to company policy and working within strict guidelines.
