Account Manager
Venus provide a dedicated Account Manager who will be your main contact in handling your recruitment.

Interviews
Every candidate is personally interviewed at the point of registration to assess their skills, experience and aspirations.

Testing
Venus use Qwiz computer testing package to test the candidate’s IT skills. We also test for spelling, arithmetic and visual accuracy. We can also, at your request, conduct any test specific to your particular requirements.

Pre screening
Every candidate submitted for a role will have been screened with that particular role in mind.
