Wendy has worked in the recruitment industry for 19 years and established Venus Office Staffing Recruitment in 2002, creating an independent recruitment business with a reputation for delivering a first class service, never prepared to compromise on standards.  A talented recruiter with a real passion for the business and totally “hands on” approach, she continues to manage a large portfolio of clients for both their temporary and permanent requirements.

Clare Scott
Clare joined Venus in 2003 taking a new direction away from her previous career as a Design Agency Account Manager. Whilst working with Venus she has developed a variety of key accounts, building strong partnerships by listening and interpreting client requirements to achieve consistently successful matching. Clare’s broad understanding of many business sectors gives her the ability to understand her clients’ needs and through an in-depth knowledge of the communication sectors she has established an impressive reputation in this area.

Katy has over 10 years corporate sales experience and champions Venus’ values of honesty, professionalism and ‘getting it right first time’.
